When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery is 3–7 business days in Australia, 7–14 days to New Zealand, and 14–28 days worldwide. Tracking is provided where available.

What is your returns policy?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you accept change of mind returns?
We don’t have to offer change of mind returns under Australian law, but may accept them at our discretion if the item is unopened and in saleable condition. Customers cover return shipping in this case.

Can I get a refund on digital products?
All digital downloads are final once accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only available if the file is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described.
