Refund policy
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
Physical Products (Australia & New Zealand)

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photos or return of the product for assessment. Tracking information will be used to confirm delivery dates.

Remedies include a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns are not required under law, but we may accept them at our discretion if the item is unopened and in saleable condition (customer pays return shipping).
International Orders (outside AU/NZ)

Refunds for physical products are only available if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Digital Products (Worldwide)

All digital downloads are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions apply if the file is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described — in which case we will provide a replacement file or refund.
