📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia & New Zealand)

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days within Australia, and 7–14 business days to New Zealand.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

  • Once your order has been handed to our shipping partners, Life With is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping (outside AU/NZ)

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location (typically 14–28 business days).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

  • Once your order has been handed to our shipping partners, Life With is not responsible for delays caused by international carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

  • For international orders, refunds are only provided if goods are faulty or not as described.

🔄 Refunds & Returns Policy

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t perform as expected, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

Physical products (Australia & New Zealand)

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos or return of the product for assessment. Tracking information will be used to confirm delivery dates.

  • Remedies may include a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change of mind returns are not required under law, but we may accept them at our discretion if the item is unopened and in saleable condition (customer pays return shipping).

Digital products (Worldwide)

  • All digital downloads are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Exceptions apply if the file is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described — in which case we will provide a replacement file or refund.

  • Please ensure you have the correct device/software to open and use the file before purchase.

International orders (outside AU/NZ)
